Had ordered a few months ago, and after a month and some of my tracking stuck on "label created", I contacted. They got back to me super quick, had said that they sent it out but the post office must have lost it. They said they'd send out a new order right away! (I didn't even ask.) I didn't get a tracking number for the new shipment, but it came in 3 weeks later a-ok!! ♡♡ (I live in canada, for reference.)
The heart mirror is incredible, the engraving on it is clean and classy. The marzapan compact is soooo cute!! It feels sturdy, closes well, and idk if the other are like this... but the clear coat on it had tiny sparkles. Its so cute. We also got some of the smaller kabuki and powder brushes and they feel great!! Would definitely reccomend buying from here! It'll take a bit, but it's also all done by hand soooo... THANK YOU for the beautiful products!♡♡♡
